A maintenance notice means the service is paused; it is not a permanent-closure announcement, and the notice gives no reopening date. We report only what the notice says and the date we checked it.

The official maintenance notice asks customers with order questions to contact AllChinaBuy's own customer service, so use the customer-service option on allchinabuy.com. We never ask for your order number, address or login.

Treat them as historical. We have not been able to confirm current AllChinaBuy warehouse, shipping, storage or fee terms while the site is in maintenance, so any process notes here are marked historical and general. Check the official site for the current terms once maintenance ends before relying on them.

No. A quality-check photo set shows workmanship, colour, the label, condition and the quantity that reached the warehouse. It cannot prove authenticity, brand licensing, materials, durability or fit. Read photos for what is visibly in them and nothing more.
