In its own words, the site is “undergoing an upgrade and maintenance process to ensure the security of data.” A maintenance notice means the service is paused, not that it has permanently closed — and the notice gives no return date. We do not show new-order buttons while this stands. Read the full status and what we can verify.
What this site can and cannot do
Being specific about the limits is the point of a reference site.
It can
Explain what QC photos typically check, show real photo sets that are already published on the source pages, and point you to the official channel for order questions.
It cannot
Check your order, verify authenticity, guarantee a delivery, place an order, or confirm today's fees, storage limits or shipping terms while the platform is in maintenance.
It will not
Invent QC photos, promise a reopening date, rank one agent as "safest", or dress a source link up as an exclusive AllChinaBuy purchase link.
What QC photos actually show
Quality check is a review of the physical item before it ships. It is not proof of authenticity.
Workmanship
Stitching, seams, glue lines, print alignment and obvious finishing flaws that are visible in a photo.
Match to the order
Colour, the style or size on the label, and whether the item in the box is the one you chose — catching a mis-ship early.
Condition & count
Visible damage, stains, missing parts and the quantity that arrived at the warehouse.

Does the maintenance notice mean AllChinaBuy has closed permanently?
No. As of 18 September 2026 the official homepage shows a “Website Maintenance Notice” describing an ongoing upgrade and maintenance process. A maintenance notice means the service is paused; it is not a permanent-closure announcement, and the notice gives no reopening date. We report only what the notice says and the date we checked it.
Can this site check the status of my existing order?
No. This is an independent reference site with no access to any account or order. The official maintenance notice asks customers with order questions to contact AllChinaBuy's own customer service, so use the customer-service option on allchinabuy.com. We never ask for your order number, address or login.
Are the older warehouse, shipping or fee terms still current?
Treat them as historical.
