Legal notice
Legal notice (operator identity)
Last reviewed 18 September 2026.
An honest legal notice starts with what we do not know. The operator of this site has not been named, which means we also do not know the country in which it is established. Because of that, we cannot point to a single national law and claim it applies here — and we will not guess one. The information below states what is missing and which requirement would apply if the operator turns out to be based in, or to direct its services to, the EU/EEA. None of it is invented.
What has not been provided
We have no verified value for any of the following, and we will not fabricate them:
- the name of the operator (legal entity or individual);
- the geographic address at which the operator is established;
- a working contact email or other means of rapid, direct contact;
- the trade register and registration number, where the operator is registered in one;
- the particulars of any supervisory authority, where the activity is subject to an authorisation scheme;
- a VAT identification number, where the operator's activity is subject to VAT;
- the person responsible for content, where required.
Which rule would apply
If the operator is established in the EU/EEA, or offers its services there, then Article 5 (“General information to be provided”) of Directive 2000/31/EC (the e-Commerce Directive), as transposed into each Member State's national law, applies. Article 5(1) requires the provider to make the following easily, directly and permanently accessible: (a) its name; (b) the geographic address at which it is established; (c) contact details, including an email address, that allow it to be reached quickly and communicated with directly and effectively; (d) where it is entered in a trade or similar public register, that register and its registration number; (e) where the activity is subject to an authorisation scheme, the particulars of the relevant supervisory authority; (f) for regulated professions, the professional body, the professional title and the Member State that granted it, and the applicable professional rules; and (g) where it carries out a VAT-taxable activity, its VAT identification number. Article 5(2) adds that where prices are referred to they must be indicated clearly and unambiguously, stating in particular whether tax and delivery costs are included.
Member States implement this in national law (for example, an Impressum under German law), so the exact citation depends on where the operator is established — which is why it cannot be finalised until the operating entity and its country are known. Verify the current text before publishing: Directive 2000/31/EC, Article 5 (EUR-Lex, consolidated text), plus the national implementation for the operator's jurisdiction.
On prices — Article 5(2)
Applying the price-transparency point above: every price on this site is the seller's listing price in CNY on the source page. It is not a final price. It excludes the agent's service fee, domestic and international shipping, and any import duties or taxes, and each product page and the disclaimer say so. The US dollar figures are indicative conversions only.
Not a non-profit
This site uses a .org domain, but that does not make it a charity or a non-profit organisation, and nothing here should be read as claiming that status. It is an independent reference site whose operator is not yet identified.
Status
This is recorded as a launch-blocking gap. The site's release status is not ready until an identifiable operator, address and contact route are supplied and the applicable legal reference is confirmed.
