AllChinaBuy's homepage at allchinabuy.com currently shows a maintenance notice rather than a normal shopping interface.
What the notice says
The official page states that, “due to an ongoing hacker attack that has not yet been fully resolved,” the website is “currently undergoing an upgrade and maintenance process to ensure the security of data,” and it asks customers with questions about their orders to contact its online customer service. That is the full extent of what the notice confirms.
What we read into it — and what we do not
- Maintenance, not closure. The notice describes an upgrade and maintenance process. It does not say the service has shut down, so we do not describe it as permanently closed.
- No return date. The notice gives no reopening date, so we do not promise one.
- No new-order path. While the notice stands we do not present order or checkout buttons for AllChinaBuy.
- Order questions go to the official channel. The notice itself directs order questions to AllChinaBuy's customer service, so that is where we send you.
What this site can still do
The reference value does not depend on the platform being open. You can still read the QC photo checklist, look through the QC examples published on the source pages, and — because each source listing lists several shopping agents — choose a different verified agent link for an item.
How we checked
We loaded the official homepage directly on 18 September 2026 and read the visible notice. We did not log in, place an order, or test internal account pages, so anything about current fees, storage limits or shipping terms is unverified and treated as a gap rather than reported as fact.
