Keeping useful order and photo records

If you use a shopping agent, a little record-keeping on your own device saves a lot of back-and-forth later. This guide is about what is worth keeping — and it is deliberately one-directional: everything stays with you. This site collects nothing and offers no upload.

Worth saving locally

  • Order and tracking references. The identifiers your agent assigns, kept somewhere you control.
  • The QC photo set. Save the images you reviewed and the date you approved them, so you can compare against what arrives.
  • The listing you chose. The source page and the specific option (size, colour, style) you ordered.
  • Payment records. Your own receipts and confirmations from the agent's checkout.

What we never ask for

This site does not request or store your order number, name, address, account login or photos. There is no account, no order-lookup form and no upload box. If a page ever asks you for those to "check an order", it is not this site — and the official maintenance notice directs order questions to AllChinaBuy's own customer service.

Keep private data private. QC photos can contain order slips or handwriting. Before sharing any image publicly, cover anything that identifies you or your order.
